Founder Ed Stansfield brought Studio 4 Networks (http://www.studio4networks.com) to life in 2002, with the single idea of changing the way entertaining, educational programming is delivered to viewers.

Mr. Stansfield has served as CEO for Studio 4 Networks since its inception, and is responsible for all day-to-day and long-term operations of the company. Mr. Stansfield has focused on building the infrastructure needed to maintain Studio 4’s growth as a company and on ensuring that quality remains high.

Mr. Stansfield has brought his vision and expertise from a variety of fields to Studio 4 Networks, taking the company from an inventive idea to a powerful force in the industry. A graduate of The University of Tennessee, Mr. Stansfield earned a Bachelor of Science degree before furthering his business education at the University of Rochester. While in the MBA program at the University of Rochester, Mr. Stansfield spent a semester in Australia studying international negotiations at the University of Sydney.

Mr. Stansfield began his career with Capgemini Ernst & Young, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and local professional services. While at Capgemini, Mr. Stansfield honed his skills as a strategic planner, helping businesses compete more effectively.

Mr. Stansfield’s exceptional track record of business improvement and technological insight led him to The Walt Disney Company. At Disney, Mr. Stansfield was involved in the development and operation of Disney’s online activities. Serving in a number of roles for this Fortune 500 company, Mr. Stansfield was responsible for several ventures in the online division, including the genesis and execution of a highly successful Disney-branded kiosk product.

In 2000, Mr. Stansfield became a Principal at The McKenna Group, a global strategy consulting firm with a 30-year history of helping companies create business value. Mr. Stansfield’s understanding of information technology positioned him as point man for new media at McKenna. While at McKenna, one of Mr. Stansfield’s most notable achievements was to make programming work seamlessly in the broadband environment.

Mr. Stansfield’s online savvy, along with an exceptional track record of business improvement and raising capital, has prepared him thoroughly in his quest to make Studio 4 Networks a major player in the industry. Mr. Stansfield’s independence, vision and ability to quickly identify and diagnose Internet and business trends has made Studio 4 Networks the leader in bringing the best educational titles to the broadband and video-on-demand marketplaces.
